    Refunds are available if the cancellation is made at least <\/span>72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date<\/span><\/b>. Please note that administrative fees will be applied to all refund requests.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

    For cancellations made <\/span>within 72 hours of the appointment date<\/span><\/b>, only <\/span>50% of the booking amount<\/span><\/b> will be refunded.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>
